Our vocational initiative offers strength-based vocations and a venture capital group for establishing innovative, business models that are more suited to employ persons affected by disability.

Housing

We help people pursue personal residence solutions including privately owned, rental, assisted living, and transition housing. We endorse self-directed independence goals that offer least restrictive environments.

Quality of Life

We help people obtain a foundational quality of life. Because of life’s daily grind, self-actualized lives can be difficult to obtain – fundamental things like, housing, employment, transportation, education, medical resources and authentic community participation.

We are allies by understanding and addressing the core needs of individuals and families affected by disability or economic disadvantage. As a result, we improve the quality of life for all.

We are composed of families and individuals, from all over the world, affected by disability (physical, intellectual, social, sensory and others) as well as industry professionals, friends and neighbors. We each share the dignity of being made in the image of our maker as well as the struggles that are a part of the human condition. We believe we are better together than as isolated individuals.
