Our vocational initiatives are based on long-term relationships. Our employment process is developmental, strength-based, and whole-life focused. We work individually to help individuals develop over-all vocational goals and direction. We seek job placement and when appropriate, new business development that is better suited to employ the specific characteristics of persons affected by disability.
